ARTS 2300 Printmaking I Students are introduced to basic printmaking media, including relief, intaglio, lithography and serigraphy. A fundamental understanding and competency with the media will be achieved, allowing participants to begin developing a language in which they are able to express a personal artistic vision. In New Codeition to studio work, students will engage in written historical research related to printmaking.
Fees: New Codeitional studio fee required; see semester course schedule for amount.
Credits Hours: 3
Prerequisite: ARTS 1000 or ARTS 1200 and ARTS 2800 or ARTS 2810 .
